Introduction

• Reading the acknowledgement email we send upon receiving your order.

If any of this information changes after the contract is made, we will only do so with your consent.

2. Ordering Goods from us

HOW  THE CONTRACT IS FORMED WITH US 

• You place an order by following the instructions on our website.

• Please check your order carefully, especially regarding correct part fitment or application, before submission.

• When you click "Pay Now", you are making an offer to purchase the goods.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We may contact you to inform you that your order has not been accepted for reasons such as:

• The goods are unavailable.

• We cannot authorise your payment.

• You are not eligible to buy certain goods.

• There has been an error in pricing or product description.

A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Confirmation Email confirming acceptance of your order.

Upon acceptance, subject to payment, we will dispatch the goods to you.

3. Price & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Business currently is trading under zero rate VAT policy.

• Payment is required in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment system.

• We accept credit and debit cards. We do not accept cash or cheques.

We take reasonable care to ensure payment security by using encrypted and secure third-party payment processors.

4. Right to Cancel

Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except where:

• The sealed packaging of the goods has been opened (if applicable).

• The goods are bespoke or made to your specifications.

If you cancel:

• You must notify us clearly by email, phone, or letter.

• We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (but not supplementary costs for enhanced delivery options).

Return of Goods:

• You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost.

• The goods must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.

• You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds:

• We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described:

• You have 30 days from delivery to report the issue.

• We will offer a refund, replacement, or repair where appropriate.

• We will cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items.​

6. Delivery

Delivery Methods

We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, or other third-party couriers for delivery.

Delivery details, including estimated times, are provided in your Confirmation Email and tracking information (if applicable).

Delivery Terms

​

• Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout.

• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control. If this occurs, we will notify you with a revised delivery estimate.

• If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.

• Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery.​

International Deliveries

We are not delivering to addresses outside of the UK until further notice.

7. Liability

It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for your specific fitment and application.

We shall not be held liable for:

• Labour charges or installation costs.

• Incidental or consequential losses resulting from incorrect fitment or use.

• Performance outcomes that do not meet customer expectations.

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the goods purchased.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
