This Refund & Returns Policy is issued in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. While we aim to provide accurate product descriptions and fitment guidance, it remains your responsibility to ensure goods are suitable for your intended purpose.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the terms set out in this policy, including items that are used, damaged, incomplete, or returned outside the permitted timeframe.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including labour or installation costs.

Your Right to Cancel

(Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods—no reason required, unless:

  • The sealed packaging has been opened (where applicable)

  • The goods are made to order or tailored to your specifications

How to Cancel

To cancel, please contact us clearly by email, phone, or letter within the 14-day period.

Refunds

If you cancel within the allowed timeframe:

  • We’ll refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra charges for premium delivery options).

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.

Returning Goods

  • You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation, at your own cost.

  • Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • You are responsible for any loss in value resulting from unnecessary handling.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

  • You have 30 days from delivery to report any faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

  • We will offer a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.

  • We will cover the cost of returning faulty or incorrect goods.

Important Notes

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are suitable for your specific application or fitment.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Labour or installation costs

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

    • Performance results that do not meet customer expectations

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods.
