All shipping and delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to dispatch goods promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the goods at the delivery address provided.

If a delivery is refused, missed, or returned due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, additional charges may apply for redelivery or return shipping.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, including but not limited to loss of earnings, business interruption, or missed appointments.

Nothing in this disclaimer affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Shipping Policy - the basics

We use trusted third-party couriers such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, and others to ensure reliable delivery of your order.

Delivery details, including estimated times and tracking information (where applicable), will be included in your Order Confirmation Email.

Delivery Terms

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier disruption, weather, customs delays). If such delays occur, we will inform you with an updated delivery estimate.

  • If delivery cannot be completed within 30 days, you are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund.

  • Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery.

International Deliveries

We offer international shipping. However, please note:
